Frequently Asked Questions
Do you ship internationally?
No. Currently, we only ship to U.S. addresses.
How much is shipping charges?
We have a U.S. flat rate shipping cost of $9.99 for all orders to the contiguous 48 states, while product order subtotals of $75 or more qualify for FREE SHIPPING!
How are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped by USPS.
What methods of payment can I use?
We take all major credit cards, debit cards, and Paypal, as well as checks by mail order.
Credit cards are processed through the secure servers at Paypal, and do not require a Paypal account. If using a check by mail, you must include a copy of the printed order form.
How long will it take before my order ships?
Processing and fulfillment time is approximately 2 to 3 business days.
Can I return or exchange an item?
All sales are considered final. Returns are only accepted if we accidentally shipped the wrong items as compared to the order sheet.
Within 60 days of placing your order, you are welcome to do a product exchange, if needed after receiving your order. You must contact us first, using our “request an exchange” form. Customer pays all shipping costs both ways.
In all cases, shipping and/or handling charges are non-refundable, unless we mailed the wrong order or the incorrect items.
You must include all original packing materials, and all applicable merchandise tags must still be attached and intact. The product must still be in the original, NEW condition.
There is an issue with my order. How do I get it resolved?
