My 3 Favorite Holiday Essential Oil Diffuser Recipes
As the weather in my neck of the woods grows colder, there is nothing like the coziness of being snuggled in a warm blanket near a crackling fireplace or the reassuring flicker of a homemade, unscented beeswax wooden-wick candle. Add a steaming hot cup of soothing tea or cocoa, mix in a great book or movie and you got it made!
Always experimenting, I have found adding a few other cozy elements like a salt lamp tucked somewhere nearby and a diffuser with natural essential oils really turns my cozy-factor up a notch!
Even though my essential oil collection contains several different oils, I find myself turning to my trusty favorites this time a year. I enjoy mixing them to create the aromas of the season, but without the nasty and overpowering fake-chemical scents offered with most scented candles.
This mixture reminds me of the Autumn walks I took as a child, winding through the colorful forest foliage and ending my grandma’s warm kitchen. Where my grandma’s hugs and the inviting, spicy aroma of Autumn’s bountiful harvest fresh from the oven always awaited me!

Yes, Midwinter’s Cozy Calm is AMAZING! A great addition in the home for creating that perfect cozy evening in. Juniper Berry not only adds a nice woodsy smell, but is create for adding that calm and grounding effect along with the lavender. It also helps to cleanse the air like Sage.

Hahaha That is what always happens to me every time I order essential oils. I start researching or reading up on them, and before you know it your order of 3 bottles is a box of 8. 🙂
BTW I am not connected to them in anyway, but I highly recommend Eden’s Garden brand essential oils. Their oils are very good quality. The company is all around awesome, plus they have a wide selection of oils including many hard to find ones. They also score on third party testing right there alongside DoTerra and Young Living, but not being a MLM style business they come with a lot cheaper price tag.
Best of luck in your essential oil journey, and may your house smell incredible this holiday season! 🙂
